CAREER EVOLUTION PLAN
The image you see is an infographic of my career evolution plan.

In the short-term, I plan to focus my second year on volunteering more, both to help and to fulfill the requirements sets to graduate.
In my third year, I plan to spend a semester abroad before going back to work and improving all that I can in the work I do.
Once I'll have graduated, I will take one to two years to focus on stability and self improvement.

In the long-term, I intend to remain Software Engineer for some time. It is a job that I appreciate doing and there are still some skills about it that I can improve on.
After that I see, at this day, two paths forward. I can either become Lead Dev or R&D Engineer.
The main skill I would be missing as Lead Dev would be Timekeeping, or rather the ability to work at a regular pace when left to handle myself. It is something that I plan to work on in my personal projects.
For the job of R&D Engineer, I have had at this time very little interactions with clients and I face some lacking in the curiosity towards the technology used. I intend to rectify as much as I can before graduating.

Finally, I placed the criteria I would deem necessary for me to accept a job.
The company needs to be trusting (I abhor micro-managing), open-minded and honest.
The work needs to be varied and plentiful.
